Where we ship

We ship to mainland addresses in:

• the United States
• the United Kingdom
• every country in the European Union
• Norway and Switzerland

Islands and offshore territories are out of reach for now. That includes Hawai‘i, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, and the island regions of the countries above. Orders addressed to mail forwarding services can’t be accepted.

How long it takes

We make and pack most orders in about 2 working days. Then, by standard shipping:

• United States: 2 to 5 working days
• United Kingdom: 4 to 7 working days
• European Union, Norway and Switzerland: about 4 to 11 working days, depending on the country

Large orders take longer to make. Orders ship from the United States or from Europe, whichever is closer to you, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way.

A few products with a high alcohol content, such as some toners, sprays and fragrances, travel by ground only, so they can take a little longer.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and where it’s going. If your country charges duties or import taxes on a delivery, they’re paid by the person receiving it.

Changing the address

Write to us right away at [email protected] with your order number and the new address. We can change it until your order ships.

If something arrives wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or with the wrong item, or never arrives, write to us within 14 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date, at [email protected]. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Returns

Each piece is made to order with its own label, and opened cosmetics can’t be resold for hygiene reasons. So outside of the cases above and the rights below, we can’t take back products once they’re opened or because you changed your mind.

Your rights in the European Union and the United Kingdom

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. A short message to [email protected] is enough.

• Products must come back unopened, with their seals intact.
• Send them within 14 days of telling us, to [Company legal name], [Business address]. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item was faulty.
• We refund the price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the products.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
